هذا كتاب وجيز يهدف إلى ربطنا بالكتاب الأصلي الذي يحتوي على مجموعة مهمة من كلمات أمير المؤمنين والذي عُرف بـ "نهج البلاغة". وحين نأتي إلى كلام أمير المؤمنين نستذكر ما قاله عليه السلام: "وإنّا لأمراء الكلام فينا تنشّبت جذوره وعلينا تهدّلت غصونه". فمن بيت الحكمة نستقي الحكمة، الحكمة التي تعني معرفة قوانين الحياة الطيبة في الدنيا والآخرة وتهدي إلى كل خير.
