Renowned for his thorough research, he wrote extensively on Islamic history, producing over 200 books, including detailed biographies of the Holy Prophet, Imam Ali, and Imam al-Husayn.

Sayyid Ja'far played a significant role in preserving the Muhammadan heritage. He established religious schools and Islamic Centers for Studies, teaching advanced scholars and interpreting the Qur'an. His commitment to scholarship continued even during his illness, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to the faith. Sayyid Ja'far's work and contributions have left a lasting impact on the study and understanding of Islam.
